Price County, Flambeau Trail

1 - Plan to trailer your rig to a parking area near Prairie Rapids Tavern, north of Lake Nokomis. From Hwy 8, in Heafford Junction, take County Road L north 3.5 miles to Prairie Rapids Road. Turn left and go west about 1.5 miles to Peaceful Lane. Turn right and the parking lot will be almost immediately on the east side of Peaceful Lane, across from the cemetery. Watch for signs. Plan to arrive to the parking lot by 9:00 AM so we can start our ride at 9:30 AM.
2 – Bring a lunch, snacks and drinks to enjoy while stopped somewhere along the trail.
3 – Plan a return to the parking lot by 4:00 PM.
